All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner to meet the Client’s needs. At cleaningcarhistory we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our priority as we take all complaints about the services we provide very seriously. This Order Fulfilment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you of our shipping policy, as well as the rules and guidelines for refunds for services purchased from our company. Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 10 working days. We usually contact customers within 1-2 business days. If you have not received a response to your request within 10 business days - write to us at cleaningcarhistory@gmail.com to make a repeated request.
Return policy
At cleaningcarhistory we sell services to hide the digital history of a vehicle. We do not provide refunds for all services we provide.
Cancellation Policy
The Client cannot cancel a request for a service if it has already been submitted and/or paid for.
